A
simple 3D biological neuron data viewer, utilizing the technology
developed for the NLMorphologyConverter
- Currently 21 different morphology file formats fully or
partially
supported (covering 50+ variations)
- Automatic detection of input file format.
- Interactive 3D view of neuron data. (openGL)
- Select visibility and color of neuron components (somas,
dendrites, axons, spines, markers).
- Export data to any of the formats supported by the NLMorphologyConverter
